Keikimono Apparel, Inc. does not offer exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered in our online store.
- Check all the details: Please check all the product details carefully before purchasing them. All our products are Handmade by our one and only seamstress. So each product is unique and may feature imperfections. These are features of the manufacturing process and are not to be considered as defects.
- Quality of Fabric and Colors: Please follow the Care Instructions attached to the garments to reduce any damage to the quality of fabric or colors.
- Sizes: All the measurements are taken Flat in inches and cm. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, products sizing may vary from time to time. Please refer to our size chart before buying to make sure you get the right size. These sizes are only for reference and might not be standard.
- Cancellation: We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchasing.
WHY NO RETURNES OR EXCHANGES?
- Because you do not want to wear clothes someone else wore, even if it`s for just once.
- We do not want to sell you clothes that someone else wore.
- We are a Family owned small business that are truly Fair Trade. We give our priority to make quality kids clothing with a choice of quality fabric (Eco-friendly, Made in U.S.A.). Therefore each product costs more than its counterpart at larger scale clothing manufacturers. To entertain any kind of returns or exchanges we would have to incur additional cost, which means we will have to pass the extra cost back to you, the customer. Instead, we ask you to make sure you are buying the product that you are going to keep and use.

※弊社は小さな家族経営の会社で商品はフェアトレードです。環境に優しい 材料で染色 したアメリカ産の生地で質の高い商品を手作りしております。従って、大企業と違い一つ一つの商品はコストが高く、商品のご返品や交換、ご返金になると その損害はお客様が負うことにせざるを得ないため予め遠慮することにしてあります。
